The SI-MHC product line is a powerful, fully digital, 3-phase controlled power electronics designed for use with resistive loads. Control takes place as “zero crossing control”, which leads to the optimization of the harmonics, or it can take place as continuous control with phase control, which has a high dynamic control quality.

Using the Solcon-IGEL’s Medium Voltage Heat Control System drastically reduces the amount of cable required, the size of the heating elements, and the size of the electrical equipment cabinets and saves costly step- down transformers and switchgear versus a Low Voltage system.
