The RVS-AX Low Voltage Analog Soft Starter is a compact and cost-effective solution for controlled starting and stopping of three-phase squirrel cage induction motors. Using a six-thyristor design for full three-phase control, it ensures smooth acceleration while reducing inrush current and mechanical stress on connected equipment.
Simple Analog Design with Integrated Motor Protection
Built for applications where reliability and simplicity are essential, the RVS-AX features an analog control architecture that enables fast commissioning and stable operation without complex parameterization. Integrated motor protection functions, including overload, phase loss, and internal thermal protection, ensure safe and consistent performance across varying load conditions.
With a built-in soft stop function and internal bypass (available from 31A and above), the RVS-AX supports efficient operation in HVAC systems, pumps, and fan applications. Operating across a voltage range of 220–600V and currents from 8A to 170A, it provides a reliable solution for standard-duty industrial environments.
